2. Translation Disclaimer

Food Allergy Tracker uses automated translation to help identify ingredients in food labels written in other languages. These translations may contain errors or inaccuracies.

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in automated translations. Do not rely on translated ingredient lists for medical decisions. Always verify translated information with a qualified professional or native speaker when dealing with allergens.

3. Subscription Terms

Food Allergy Tracker offers a 14-day free trial tied to your Apple ID. Each Apple account is eligible for one free trial.

  • Your subscription auto-renews at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime in the App Store by going to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

Subscription pricing and plan details are displayed on the subscription screen within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Food Allergy Tracker, you agree to:

  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
  • Not use the app or its data for commercial medical diagnosis or treatment.
  • Not attempt to access other users' data or compromise the security of the app.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Food Allergy Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated analysis, correlation results, or automated translations.

While we strive to provide helpful insights, the app's results should be treated as informational only and not as a substitute for professional medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gerald Leckie / Ironball Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages arising from health decisions made based on information provided by the app.
